This 7-storey, 120,000 sq. ft. building serves as the new home for the Brain and Mind Institute, BrainsCAN and the Rotman Institute of Philosophy. As well it provides five mixed-use general classroom spaces, dry laboratories, teaching and research space, public amenities and a public plaza. WIRB opened in Spring of 2018 and achieved LEED® Gold certification.
