We are proud to have joined the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) in order to develop and manage our projects more efficiently through improved relationships, shared knowledge, and common goals. Lean construction enhances the value of our projects by helping us to identify areas of wasted resources and leads to better productivity, reduced safety hazards, and increased cost savings. Collaboration and communication are two core pillars of our business, therefore transitioning to lean construction was a natural step for us to improve upon our design and project management processes.
