At CGI, safety is much more than just a requirement - it’s the cornerstone of our values and culture.  Every employee is responsible for creating a safe work environment. We adhere to all industry policies and regulations that improve and enhance employee safety. Our work environment is always changing and as a result, the CGI team encounters new risks and hazards regularly. Therefore, monitoring and measuring our safety performance is an essential part of our risk management strategy in order to prevent injuries, maintain a positive workplace culture, and increase company performance. Our goal is to attain no incidents, and as such, CGI analyzes and reports all events, implements corrective action, and then shares what is learned to help anticipate and prevent future occurrences.
