The 4-storey Walter Athletics Center houses academic and professional development support services for more than 500 student-athletes.

This is the first institutional building to earn a Zero Carbon Building – Design certification through the CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Building Program.

The CFHBRC is a 4-storey, 169,000 sq. ft. facility that opened in 2012 and featured new laboratories, research facilities, and office space.

This 7-storey structure is 114,000 sq. ft., and includes a 3-storey addition above the original building with a façade of coloured metal panels and varying densities of frit on the glazing.

Open in 2016, the Campus North has a mix of student residences, dining options, retail, and outdoor spaces.

E7 is a 7-storey, 242,000 sq. ft. building that houses some of the best research facilities in the world.

Opened in 2015 for the Toronto PanAm Games, the complex included 6 buildings, which are now residential buildings and a training facility.

This 179,000 sq. ft. building includes state-of-the-art classrooms, student collaboration and study spaces, offices, and a redesigned digital library.

This 120,000 sq. ft. building serves as the new home for the Brain and Mind Institute, BrainsCAN and the Rotman Institute of Philosophy, as well as provide five mixed-use general classroom spaces.

Awarded the Zero Carbon Building - Design certification by the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), this is one of  the most energy efficient buildings in Canada.

EEEL achieved LEED Platinum certification and includes earth tubes that heat and cool the main theatre radiant floor and ceiling systems, and a high-performance envelope with triple glazing.

In 2013, it achieved LEED® Gold status, won the BOMA Best (Level 3), and the TOBY Award (BOMA Canada).
